2021 will start off with Test and Tune and Time Trials the First SUNDAY in February with gates opening at 11 am weather permitting. Our guaranteed payout, points and bracket program begins with SATURDAYS in March gates open at 11 am. April kicks off the busy months with the addition of the TUESDAY Street and Open FRIDAY racing programs - gates open at 6 pm.
$5K ALL RUN GUARANTEED RACES are back with Non-Delay Running Separate Until Final Pair Merged to Super Pro Field. $100 Bonus to Final Pair Non-Delay. No Points for Non-Delay.
Social distancing, CDC Guidelines, Protocols in Place as deemed by local jurisdiction and TN rules for both sides of track in this Phase.Full Program Racing includes Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Street Legal Trophy/Jr. Street & Jr. Dragsters.
Jr. Street Class will be run in Trophy class until "one is left" (or as far as possible) and then merged with Trophy Class to complete the race. Jr. Street Class basics - 13 years and above, parent in the vehicle, 9.0 and higher ET. Must pass tech and adhere to the rules of the Street Class.

Directions to Music City Raceway (use your navigator or) From Nashville, take I-65 north to the Long Hollow Pike exit (#97) and turn left. Turn right at Dickerson Rd. and go 1 mile just past the campground and turn left (at lights) onto Old Springfield Rd. Go approx. 4 miles staying on the left side (the road splits at the stop sign stay left). Turn a sharp right at the top of a steep hill onto Union Hill/Greer Rd (just before the gas station/convenience store). Go approx. 1 1/2 miles & turn left onto Ivy Point Road (just before the church). The racetrack is on the right 1/2 mile.
Celebrating 63 Years of Drag Racing . . . established in 1958 and initially known as Union Hill Raceway or "The Hill" for the first 25 years, Music City Raceway is now in its 63rd year of operation and is the longest running drag racing facility in NHRA Division 2. We welcome you to visit us and race with us. Our racing season starts with time trials and test & tune in February and runs "March through November" with a number of racing events throughout the week.
